No. All plans include onboarding, agent training, and CRM integration at no additional cost. Your agent is typically live within 48 hours of signing up.
What happens if I exceed my call limit?
We will notify you before you hit your cap. You can upgrade mid-cycle or purchase additional call blocks at $0.45 per call. No service interruption — your leads keep getting called.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. All plans are month-to-month with no long-term contracts. Cancel before your next billing date and you will not be charged again. We keep your agent configuration on file for 90 days in case you return.
Do you charge per appointment booked?
No. Your monthly plan covers everything — calls, SMS, calendar bookings, and follow-ups. There is no per-appointment surcharge.
What is the money-back guarantee?
If we do not increase your booked appointments by at least 25% within 30 days (measured against your documented baseline), we refund your first month. The baseline must be established before onboarding begins.
