CallSetter.ai operates an SMS text messaging program for inquiry follow up, appointment reminders, missed call rescue messages, and service related notifications. By submitting your mobile phone number through a form on our website (including the lead form, demo request form, contact form, and the SMS Consent page at callsetter.ai/sms-consent) and checking the SMS consent box, you provide express written consent to receive SMS text messages from CallSetter.ai at the mobile number provided.

1.3 Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 4 messages per month under normal use, and additional messages in response to your direct inquiries.

1.4 Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

1.5 Opt Out Instructions

You may opt out of SMS messaging at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from CallSetter.ai. After replying STOP you will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.

1.7 Categories of Information Collected for SMS

For the SMS program we collect: your mobile phone number, your first name (where provided), the timestamp of your consent, the URL where you opted in, and the IP address used to submit the consent. This information is used solely to operate the SMS program, prove consent if requested, and respond to your inquiry.

1.8 Opt In Flow

The opt in flow is documented in detail at callsetter.ai/sms-consent and operates as follows: (a) you visit a CallSetter.ai page that contains a lead form; (b) you enter your name, email, and mobile phone number; (c) you check a clearly labeled SMS consent checkbox that reads “I agree to receive SMS text messages from CallSetter AI at the number provided. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.”; (d) you click submit; (e) you receive a single welcome SMS confirming your opt in; and (f) you may reply STOP at any time.

2. Information Collected

Calls may be recorded or monitored for quality assurance and operational purposes. Clients are responsible for complying with all applicable call recording and consent laws.

We may share information with trusted service providers for purposes such as telephony, hosting, analytics, and infrastructure support. We do not sell personal data and we do not share mobile information or SMS opt in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

8. Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect data. However, no system can guarantee absolute security.

9. Data Retention

Personal data is retained only as long as necessary to provide the Services or to comply with legal and regulatory obligations. SMS consent records are retained for at least five (5) years as required by federal law.
